Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Property Assistant
Location: Onsite in SE Portland
Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary Range: $22-$25 per hour

Contract Duration: 2-3 month contract with potential for permanent hire

 

Job Summary: The Bilingual Spanish Property Assistant will assist in the daily operations of property management, including tenant relations, administrative tasks, and property maintenance coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for helping people.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of the community.

  • Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.

  • Process rental applications and conduct background checks.

  • Prepare and execute lease agreements.

  • Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities.

  • Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and property metrics as requested.

  • Ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

  • Previous experience in property management or leasing preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management is a plus.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
