Hotel Director of Sales

Are you a driven, organized, and visionary leader passionate about hospitality? We’re seeking an experienced Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing to oversee and elevate our Sales and Marketing efforts for a portfolio of select-service properties. This onsite role is based in Atlanta and involves regular property visits.
Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing Qualifications:
- A hospitality veteran with 3+ years of experience as a Regional or Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing in the hotel industry.
- Proven expertise with major brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, or IHG
- Hotel industry experience is a must.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to develop a structured, high-performing department.
- A proactive business development mindset to drive business growth and results.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant hotel certifications.
- Demonstrated success in creating SOPs and training team members.
Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the Sales and Marketing department, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Develop and implement SOPs for the sales and marketing function, including client communications and business development.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to drive company vision, strategy, and innovation.
- Regularly visit properties to collaborate with the operations team, focusing on optimizing ADR and RevPAR.
- Take a hands-on approach to securing new business and building client relationships.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to ensure success.
Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing Compensation:
- Competitive base salary
