Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search for a Sr. Human Resources Manager to join our team in Gainesville, Virginia. This role involves taking charge of various aspects of human resource management such as employee performance, compensation administration, strategic planning, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire employee performance management process
• Develop and implement compensation administration strategies and procedures
• Conduct employee relations investigations and effectively resolve any issues
• Use analytics management to make data-driven decisions and improvements in HR strategies
• Lead strategic planning for the human resources department to align with the overall business goals.

• Proven experience in a senior Human Resources management role

• Extensive knowledge of compensation administration

• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on managing HR metrics

• Expertise in employee performance management strategies and techniques

• Familiarity with conducting employee relations investigations

• Demonstrable experience in strategic planning and implementation within an HR context

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals

• Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

• Proficient with HR software and databases

• Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field.
