Senior Human Resources Business Partner

At Lincoln Electric, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees and internal partners across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees and provide counsel and guidance to internal partners.
  • Foster open, two-way communication and collaboration, building trust with employees and management.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility and approachability for all employees.
  • Coach and mentor frontline supervisors and managers to effectively lead and develop their teams.
  • Handle personnel issues with confidentiality and respect, assisting in employee relations investigations.
  • Collaborate with leadership on change management initiatives and ensure effective communication.
  • Work with the Global HR team to promote consistent HR practices throughout the organization.
  • Serve as primary HR contact for leaders, assisting with employee relations and engagement, and facilitating execution of activities with corporate HR functions.
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, programs, and applications related to new regulations and laws.
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR team to develop solutions and propose to business partners.
  • Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects in support of the Company's 2025 Higher Standard Strategy.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications; SPHR/PHR or SHRM-CP/SCP Certification preferred.
  • Minimum five years' experience in HR/Generalist capacity within a manufacturing company preferred.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of HR activities, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems; SuccessFactors preferred.
