Assistant Account Executive

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Account Executive to join our team. This person should possess outstanding communication skills, honed customer service skills, and a passion for innovative business solutions in a variety of settings. We value executives who are passionate about growing our existing accounts while proactively servicing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business. The ideal fit will be innovative enough to suggest tailored solutions to common account problems. Dedication to growing the business and facilitating smoother connections between our customers and our vendors is a must.
Responsibilities for Assistant Account Executive
Upload and issue sales orders for daily drop ship orders from customer portal & communicate with warehouse to ship orders within customer shipping window
Process domestic orders, create routing, schedule pickup, and communicate with carrier. Provide BOL to warehouse
Prepare & present product sample and product information to buyer, prospective clients, and salesperson
Upload new items and update inventory on customer portal
Collect and prepare paperwork from new customers, vendors, and salesperson(s) such as company documents and agreements, and provide them to our internal Legal, I.T., and Accounting Departments to review and set up in company system
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Respond to complaints and resolve issues. Our aim is to maintain customer contentment and preserve the company's reputation
Communicate with import department for incoming purchase orders' status. Assist import dept. to issue CI & PL and upload to customer portal
Issue RA for drop ship orders
Issue IPO
Qualifications for Assistant Account Executive
Proven experience as an Account Executive
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Writing and speaking Mandarin is preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
