Job Description: Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in the Dallas, Texasarea. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Job Details:

  • On site
  • Full time or part time
  • Elementary school based

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.
  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant license or certification in the state of Texas.
  • Experience with in a school setting is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with individuals with communication disorders preferred.
  • Experience working with AAC devices preferred.
  • Familiar with IEPs

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of speech therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
