LHH is working with our client in South Ozone Park, Queens that is seeking an experienced and dynamic Employee Experience Manager to join their team.

This role is pivotal to managing the entire employee lifecycle and leading key initiatives related to job architecture and employee engagement. The compensation is between $90K-$115K, flexible up to $130K base.

The position is on-site, five days a week, reporting to the SVP, CHRO. Responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of their job architecture and employee training policies, designing and executing an employee engagement program focused on growth, development, and recognition, overseeing the job architecture project in collaboration with Mercer, and managing subsequent processes.

You will build training programs and employee engagement initiatives from scratch, to be rolled out in 2026, ensuring adherence to company compensation practices and policies. They would like to see someone with 4-7 years of experience and prior managerial skills, familiar with the job architecture process within another organization, and experienced in building training and employee engagement programs.



Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
