About the Job

We are seeking a talented Employee Onboarding Manager to join our HR team at WS Development. As an onboarding manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules for onboarding sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement HR policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative role.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Benefits

WS Development offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
