Office Assistant

We are in search of an Office Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, California. The primary function of this role will be to provide administrative support within our office. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
• Keeping the office environment clean and well-organized
• Ensuring supplies are stocked and replenished as needed
• Warmly greeting clients and visitors as needed
• Performing general office administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
• Utilizing various computer programs and CRM systems for tasks
• Assisting with accounting and billing functions when necessary
• Handling inquiries and resolving them efficiently
• Managing ADP - Financial Services and other Accounting Software Systems
• Creating and managing banner ads.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with Banner Ads
• Competency in a variety of Computer Programs
• Proficiency in using CRM
• Knowledge of About Time software
• Ability to use Answer software effectively
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
• Familiarity with Billing Functions
• Experience in performing Clerical Duties
