Job DescriptionJob Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a non-profit client. This role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records for accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and handling daily financial entries.

Duties Include:

  • Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank accounts.

  • Process payroll and prepare financial reports.

  • Manage grant accounting and reporting.

  • Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

  • Maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable.

  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank deposits.

  • Monitor and manage cash flow and budget tracking.

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.

  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience with bookkeeping software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with non-profit accounting practices is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
