Commercial Lines Account Manager

As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced, motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities:

•Manage a growing portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through excellent service and attention to detail.

•Assist in the preparation and delivery of insurance quotes, proposals, and policy renewals.

•Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, addressing coverage questions, policy updates, and claims concerns.

•Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy implementation.

•Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to ensure coverage is up-to-date and aligned with their business needs.

•Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other policy changes with precision and efficiency.

•Provide guidance and support during the claims process to ensure clients are informed and well-supported.

•Work to build strong relationships with clients, helping to foster long-term business partnerships and client retention.

•Ensure all accounts are compliant with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Requirements:

•License: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.

•Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management or a similar role within the insurance industry.

Skills & Qualities:

•Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

•Extremely organized and detail-focused, able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

•Proficient with insurance management systems and MS Office Suite.

•Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

License/Certification:

•Insurance Producer License (Required)

•Life Insurance License (Preferred)
