Job Title: Human Resource Generalist II
Location: Middletown, PA 17057

Shift: M - F Standard Business Hours, (40 hours a week)
Pay Rate: $28.00/hr
Duration: 2/10/2025 – 2/9/2026

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist II to join our team in Middletown, PA. In this role, you will provide direct support to the HR Director and assist the HR Department with a variety of projects, including Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, and other HR-related initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful HR projects and support the start-up of the Crane Center.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is (Required).

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an HR-related field.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.

  • Proven experience in Benefits Administration, Recruiting, and Compensation.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Director with HR Generalist duties, including but not limited to Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and Safety initiatives.

  • Assist with the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.

  • Conduct interviews and provide interview support to hiring managers.

  • Solve complex employee relations issues and manage complex form submissions.

  • Coordinate and execute various HR projects during peak periods or special assignments.

  • Provide administrative support for HR functions as needed.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
