Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Location Services Specialist in Orlando, Florida. This role involves providing administrative and hospitality support within our office environment, ensuring seamless operation of day-to-day tasks. As a Location Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance of office areas, handling of office supplies, and interaction with various stakeholders including internal and external clients and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth execution of small-scale office activities and provide hands-on support to maintain operational efficiency.
• Assist in the setup, tear down, and cleaning of catered meals while maintaining the coffee areas, dishwashers, and setting up afternoon snacks.
• Handle front desk responsibilities and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Interact with building management, vendors, internal clients, external clients, and other support services team members.
• Collaborate with the Location Services Manager or Supervisor to ensure the location is safe, well-maintained, and clean.
• Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, including furniture, phones, and security cards.
• Contribute actively to the organizational culture through participation in internal and client-facing activities.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and time management skills in the execution of tasks.
• Maintain professionalism in demeanor, conversation, and dress.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences.
• Utilize intermediate Microsoft Office skills in carrying out tasks.• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in using 'About Time' software
• Understanding of security protocols
• Experience in dealing with vendors
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to execute tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Exceptional proofreading skills
• Experience in scale-out operations
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Familiarity with snack preparation and handling
• Proficiency in using 'Mindset' software
• Experience in dishwashing and clean-up
• Knowledge in QA management
• Ability to provide support services effectively.
