We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at East Glen. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalized care and support to our residents.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality resident care, including activities of daily living, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide exceptional care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assist with the admission and discharge process, ensuring a smooth transition for residents and their families.
- Document services provided accurately and timely, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or obtain it within 4 months of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent; preference given to candidates with long-term care experience.
- Ability to demonstrate basic computer skills within 30 days of employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work harmoniously with colleagues and residents.
