Location Services Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the arrangement, disassembly, and cleaning of catered meals and afternoon snacks to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Take responsibility for the upkeep of coffee areas and dishwashers.
• Handle front desk duties and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• Execute minor office projects and provide hands-on support daily to guarantee efficient location operations.
• Interact professionally with building management, vendors, internal clients, external clients, and other support team members.
• Collaborate with the Location Services Manager or Supervisor to maintain a safe, well-maintained, and clean office environment.
• Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, including furniture, phones, security cards, and other supplies.
• Contribute actively to our culture by participating in internal and client-facing activities that enhance the experience.
• Maintain a helpful customer service mindset and professionalism in demeanor, conversation, and dress.
• Practice strong time management and organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
• Display strong grammar and proofreading knowledge and experience, and have intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with diverse audiences.
• Be punctual and adaptable to changing schedules, and able to convey instructions clearly and concisely.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.• Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to effectively address and resolve client concerns.
• Knowledge of About Time software for efficient time management and tracking.
• Understanding of Security protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Experience in working with Vendors, including negotiation and management.
• Excellent Time Management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to Execute tasks promptly and accurately, demonstrating great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proofreading skills, with the ability to identify and correct errors in written communication.
• Ability to manage Scale Out operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Punctuality is expected, with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with Snacks preparation and serving, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
• Knowledge of Mindset Software for efficient task management.
• Proficient in Tear down procedures after events or meetings.
• Dishwashing skills, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Experience in QA Management, ensuring quality of service is maintained at all times.
• Ability to provide Support Services, assisting team members and clients as needed.
