Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of production and packaging equipment, and facility upkeep during downtime. Welding and fabrication for new parts and repairs will also be required. Experience in a food facility is a bonus.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

This position is available on the 3rd shift (10pm - 6:30am) and the 2nd shift (2pm - 10:30pm), with a requirement to work every other weekend. The work environment includes a food manufacturing facility where GMPs must be followed. Employees cannot wear piercings or jewelry on the production floor. The maintenance mechanic will work in various temperature zones, including a refrigerated area (35-40 degrees) and a bakery area that can be hot. Appropriate dress code includes blue jeans and a plain t-shirt, with hair nets and beard nets provided if necessary.
