Job Overview:
PDS Tech is seeking a Facilities/ Mechanical Maintenance Tech to support equipment modification, testing, and repairs in collaboration with engineering staff. The role involves hands-on tasks in designing, testing, and manufacturing machinery and products.

Job Title: Facilities/ Mechanical Maintenance Tech
Job Type: Full time; Contract (6 months)
Location: Denver, CO
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM (some on call)
Pay Rate: 30.04 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Create parts sketches, work orders, and purchase requests.

  • Draft and review drawings for fabrication in machine, sheet, or wood shops.

  • Interpret project instructions, blueprints, and specifications for testing and fabrication.

  • Coordinate design changes and resolve technical issues with staff.

  • Inspect drawings for accuracy and suggest corrections as needed.

  • Measure tool designs against specifications, ensuring compliance with form and function.

Skills:

  • Strong creativity, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Detail-oriented and collaborative team player.

  • Basic skills in engineering drawings, calculations, and industry standards.

  • Familiarity with design software and engineering technology.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in engineering technology or related field.

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.



Pay Details: 30.04 per hour
