Transaction Reporting Project Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic Transaction Reporting Project Manager to join the Operations Change and Transformation team within Global Markets for one of LHH’s large banking clients. This role is pivotal in driving and managing a diverse range of change initiatives that are essential for business, legal, regulatory, compliance, or market requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Change & Transformation Leadership: Collaborate with business and support partners to prioritize, sponsor, and implement various change initiatives.
Portfolio Management: Oversee a mix of strategic, discretionary, and mandated projects aimed at enhancing client experience, supporting revenue growth, reducing operating costs, improving processing efficiency/control, and delivering new products and services.
Project Lifecycle Management: Depending on the project’s nature, scale, and complexity, manage initiatives from inception to implementation or handle specific phases such as business case production, requirements gathering, or user acceptance testing coordination.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Global Markets Operations, Front Office, Technology, Finance, Tax, and Treasury teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Primary Focus:
Transaction Reporting & Regulatory Change: Conduct business analysis and manage projects related to transaction reporting within the regulatory change domain.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations such as MIFID II, EMIR, CFTC, and SFTR across various lines of business.
Solution Development: Partner with Operations & Technology teams to define and implement solutions for post-implementation gaps, including coordination of SIAIs and tail risk management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a business analysis and project management within a financial services environment, specially transaction reporting.
Must have experience managing projects end-to-end.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and transaction reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $56-58/hr
Pay Details: $56.00 to $58.00 per hour
