Senior Manager- Transaction Advisory Services Expert

EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading Transaction Advisory Services engagements, including managing client relationships, overseeing project economics, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead practice administration, including talent recruitment, operations, and resource management.
- Manage individual and local practice key performance metrics, such as utilization, WIP, receivable, and related practice measurements.
- Effectively manage engagement economics and develop agendas for client meetings.
- Mentor and develop team members to advance their careers and position them as future leaders at EisnerAmper.
- Contribute to practice business development efforts and participate in marketing and business development programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects, and lead multiple client engagements.
- Analyze target company financial and operating results to identify non-recurring, unusual, or out-of-period transactions that affect reported earnings.
- Write and review reports to clients and effectively supervise multiple client service teams.
- Identify transaction risks and key deal issues, and develop periodic communications with clients regarding project status and potential deal issues.
- 8+ years of transaction advisory and/or audit experience from a public accounting and/or other professional services firms.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Masters/advanced degree, CPA, and other professional certifications are a plus.
