Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Manager Implementation to work in Nashville, Tennessee. The role involves providing both onsite and remote project support for multiple facilities, implementing standardized procedures, and actively managing risks and issues. Extensive travel may be required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of standardized procedures across various facilities
• Act as a single point of accountability, offering both onsite and remote project support
• Engage in the rescheduling of future surgical cases in the Meditech 5.6 environment
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and effective risk and issue management
• Manage and motivate team members, ensuring clear project scope and objectives
• Proactively manage deliverables and change management activities
• Facilitate decision-making among stakeholders to ensure project results meet requirements
• Monitor project activities and provide status updates within published timeline
• Coach team members to clarify task assignments, milestones, and deliverables
• Maintain strong business owner relationships to accomplish project activities.• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service is essential.
• Excellent Communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
• Significant experience in Operations is crucial.
• Demonstrated capability in Planning and organizing.
• Familiarity with Procedures and standard protocols is vital.
• Experience in Planning Processes is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required.
• Project Management skills are crucial.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
• Previous experience in a Supervising role is needed.
• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software is beneficial.
• Strong Leadership Skills are essential.
• Experience with Facility management is advantageous.
• Excellent Negotiation skills are required.
• Proven experience in Implementation is needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is necessary.
• Willingness to Travel as needed is required.
• Familiarity with standard Practices in the industry is beneficial.
• A strong focus on Customer Satisfaction is required.
• Ability to liaise with Stakeholders effectively is crucial.
• Familiarity with various Methods and techniques in the field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in Change Management is required.
• Ability to deliver high-quality Deliverables on time is vital.
