Shift: Business hours with occasional Sunday hours during travel for go-live

Travel: 50% (Moderate to heavy travel required)

Position Type: Hybrid (onsite and remote)



About the Role:

The Senior Manager Implementation Coordinator works under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, Project Director, or Senior Project Director, providing both onsite and remote project support across multiple facilities. This role is essential in implementing standardized procedures across the enterprise and managing the rescheduling of future surgical cases in the Meditech 5.6 environment.


The position demands a high level of accountability, proactive communication, and ownership of risks/issues to ensure timely and effective outcomes.



Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years in a surgical environment or related field.
  • Familiarity with hospital surgical operations, IT systems, or operations management.
  • Experience with Meditech 5.6 is a plus.
  • Certifications: PMP and/or LEAN certifications are preferred but not required.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and communicate clear project scope while motivating team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and team members to facilitate project activities.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate risks and issues proactively.
  • Monitor and report project activities, status, and deliverables within deadlines.
  • Oversee change management activities and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
  • Coach team members to clarify tasks, milestones, and objectives.
  • Facilitate decision-making among stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Technical Proficiency:
