Our organization is actively seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of a Permanent Director of Client and Account Services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the Marketing industry, where you will play a critical role in leading our team towards achieving our strategic goals. This role is ideally suited for a highly driven individual with a strong background in marketing agency operations, budget management, and leadership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large client portfolios, developing strategic marketing solutions, and leading teams to success.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the management of all client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and fostering long-term relationships.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow the client portfolio.
3. Lead, mentor, and develop the client services team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
4. Manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
5. Collaborate with other department heads to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
6. Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
8. Handle escalated client issues, providing solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a marketing agency.
3. Demonstrated experience managing large budgets and optimizing the use of resources.
4. Proven track record of managing and growing large client portfolios.
5. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
6. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
8. Proficiency in using various marketing and project management software.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
