Job Description:

Are you dedicated to supporting student success and enhancing classroom experiences? Soliant Education is looking for a passionate and reliable Paraprofessional to join our team in Manton, RI. This full-time, on-site position is available for the 2024-2025 school year, with interviews starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering educational programs and activities to students across K-12 grade levels.
  • Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs, both one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Help prepare and organize instructional materials and resources.
  • Support students during classroom activities and transitions, promoting positive behavior and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and interactions.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to address and support students' academic and behavioral needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in education-related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students of varying needs and abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for supporting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
