Clinical Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support services in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with routine patient care activities, including vital sign collection, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing.
- Support nursing staff with various patient care duties, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting visitors and answering telephones.
- Assist new colleagues in learning departmental procedures and policies.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate required.
- Must demonstrate keyboarding skills and be familiar with computer use.
- Previous hospital experience preferred.
Required Certifications
- Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in the State of NH required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required.
