Our client is seeking a Hotel General Manager for their extended stay property. If you are passionate about hospitality, and enjoy leading a team, you may be who they are looking for
Hotel Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $44k-$82k
- Quarterly bonus opportunities

Hotel Manager Requirements:
- At least two years of Hotel General Manager experience with an extended stay or select service property
- At least five years of hotel leadership experience
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Empathetic and caring demeanor
- Strong financial acumen to manage a P&L and make strategic recommendations for improvement
Hotel Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the hotel employees
- Manage the hotel's budget, ensuring that financials are accurate and met accordingly
- Ensure high-quality guest experiences handling complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Oversee all operational functions such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure efficiency
- Collaborate on marketing plans to attract guests, increase occupancy, and drive brand awareness
- Ensure the hotel meets health and safety standards to protect guests and staff
- Report to the hotel owners or corporate office regarding performance, financials, and key metrics
