About the Job:
The Front Office Manager is a key role in our hotel's Rooms Division, responsible for managing the front desk operations, staff training, and guest services. You will work closely with the hotel's leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests, colleagues, and vendors
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes
  • Analyze and address guest complaints and feedback

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of progressive hotel management experience, preferably in the Rooms Division
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
