Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe’re looking for a dedicated and results-driven Contract Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. In this role, you’ll source, screen, and hire qualified candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth hiring experience from start to finish. If you have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you

How You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Use various sourcing strategies such as social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Track candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP and EEOC regulations throughout the recruiting process.
- Negotiate job offers and employment terms.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a corporate talent acquisition team.
- Strong understanding and proven success in recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems.
- Experience recruiting for technical, sales, and/or nurse educator roles preferred.
