LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing company in Marana, AZ that is looking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator to the team. The ideal candidate will be Bilingual in Spanish, and hold 3+ years of Human Resources experience as a Coordinator or Assistant. 
 

Human Resources Coordinator Job Duties

  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation trainings 
  • Verify the accuracy and completion of new hire paperwork, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Set up new hires in all HRIS systems and maintain current employee records, making updates as required.
  • Create and maintain personnel files for all current and former employees.
  • Manage office supplies for the HR department and coordinate service calls for office equipment.
  • Assist recruiting team with creating job posts, and additional marketing materials for new hire.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws by managing required postings and notices.
  • Assist employees with inquiries and issues related to benefits, including health insurance plans and the 401k program.
  • Administer employee recognition programs, including anniversary awards and performance acknowledgments.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building events, wellness activities, and company celebrations.
  • Tracking employee time off, approving leave requests, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing employee documentation and records.
  • Develop and implement HR process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare job offer letters, assembling new hire packets, and scheduling pre-employment drug screenings.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and inter-office correspondence for the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage rapidly changing priorities.
  • Typing proficiency with high accuracy and speed.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred

Education/Training:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post-secondary education or training in Human Resources Administration preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in human resources or administrative roles.

  • Salary range: $55,000-$62,000 depending on prior experience + education
