Job Summary

As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple dining accounts for Colleges and Universities, managing a volume of $30 million. Preferred candidates will ideally reside in Georgia, South Carolina, or North Carolina to facilitate effective regional management. This role requires frequent travel, so easy access to a major airport is ideal. You will lead a team of Resident District Managers and Directors of Dining Services, focusing on exceptional client relations and ensuring superior food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial performance to maintain account profitability.

  • Ensure the consistent and fair application of personnel policies.

  • Lead regional planning, budgeting, and reporting efforts.

  • Support sales initiatives to drive regional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).

  • 5-7 years of experience in contract foodservice management.

  • Higher Education experience (preferred).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills.

  • Experience managing a volume of $30 million and multi-unit management experience is required.
