Job Description: As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities. Your primary responsibilities will involve extensive communication over the phone and email, addressing various operational challenges, and providing top-notch support to our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing a high volume of phone and email communications.

  • Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively address and resolve operational issues and inquiries, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

  • Coordination: Oversee and coordinate various operational tasks and processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, including reports and correspondence.

  • Support: Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries effectively.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with various communication tools.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.50 per hour
