What You'll Do:

  • Provide expert support for Blackboard Student Information System (SIS), responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and helping users get the most out of our platform.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize application performance to keep Blackboard SIS running smoothly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, resolve, and prevent issues while enhancing system functionality.
  • Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials to empower users and ensure seamless operations.

What You Bring:

  • Experience with Blackboard SIS (hands-on support experience required).
  • Strong knowledge of application support practices, troubleshooting techniques, and IT service management.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical information in a simple, user-friendly way.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an eye for detail and a knack for multitasking.

Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of SQL, integrations, or scripting for customized solutions.
  • Familiarity with other educational software and SIS platforms.
