Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for a large employee population using UKG software.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including taxes, deductions, and benefits.
Maintain employee payroll records, including changes in status, deductions, and benefits.
Reconcile payroll reports and general ledger entries.
Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Stay up-to-date on payroll regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably with UKG software.
Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
