Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Sales Manager with customer/client correspondence and administrative tasks.
• Manage and process customer orders and service requests efficiently.
• Utilize CRM and other software tools such as ADP - Financial Services, Concur, Crystal Reports, and About Time to manage customer information and processes.
• Handle cash activity and cash handling processes as needed.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, utilizing skills in Data Processing and Answering Inbound Calls.
• Support the Sales Manager with the buying processes.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Handle other responsibilities as required, in line with the skills listed.• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software
• Knowledge and experience in Concur
• Strong CRM skills
• Ability to generate and interpret Crystal Reports
• Experience in Data Processing
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Capability to manage Answering Inbound Calls
• Understanding of Buying Processes
• Experience in Cash Activity and Cash Handling
• Previous experience in a wholesale distribution environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to continually learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
