Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 100% on-site
3-5 Years Experience
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team in Hackensack. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing excellent service to our tenants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet & Greet Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer Phones: Handle incoming calls, obtain information from callers, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Coordinate with Maintenance Staff: Work closely with maintenance staff to resolve any issues promptly.
Research Billing Discrepancies: Investigate billing issues and ensure they are directed to the right person for resolution.
Manage Tenant Information: Maintain and update tenants' online information, ensuring accuracy.
Vehicle Information Management: Keep a current list of vehicle information for tenant parking.
Pet Information Management: Maintain records of tenants' pets.
Office Equipment Management: Oversee office equipment contracts and ensure they are up-to-date.
Miscellaneous Projects: Handle various projects as assigned.
Excel & MS Office: Utilize Excel and other MS Office applications for various tasks.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
Additional Information:
This position offers the opportunity to grow into a more comprehensive office management role, including updating registrations and handling additional responsibilities as needed.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
