Job Title: Business Office Manager

At Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall accuracy of outstanding accounts receivable, including charges, contractual allowances, payments, and balance due for the facility.

The Business Office Manager will also be responsible for completing management reports required to monitor billing/collection activity, providing leadership and supervision to the business office team, and serving as a resource for other departmental managers related to business office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Complete management reports to monitor billing/collection activity
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the business office team
  • Serve as a resource for other departmental managers related to business office functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Three to four years of experience in business office applications in an acute or psychiatric facility
  • Minimum of three years of experience in direct supervision of hospital office management functions
