Schedule: Monday - Friday, No Weekends

Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for engaging conversations? We’re looking for a Customer Service Communicator to join our dynamic team in Buffalo
If you’re comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and thrive in a fun, friendly work environment, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:
Conduct customer interviews by asking a series of survey questions and recording the responses.
Perform outbound calling to qualify leads, conduct market research, and generate leads.
Handle other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Prior telemarketing experience is preferred.
High school diploma or GED required. Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
