|| Seeking a Dynamic Sales-Generating Professional for Hospice Sales Liaison Role ||

Position Overview:
The Hospice Sales Liaison is responsible for developing business relationships, generating referrals, and implementing sales strategies within the assigned region. This role involves extensive communication with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of two years of Hospice sales experience

  • Experience generating 8+ admissions per month with an average Length of Stay between 60-120 days

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified referrals to meet admissions goals.

  • Maintain CRM records of referral sources (physicians, hospitals, facilities).

  • Assist with documentation for admission processes.

  • Evaluate patient referrals for hospice eligibility.

  • Educate referrers, patients, and families on hospice care options.

  • Coordinate patient needs with the care team.

  • Develop and nurture client relationships.

  • Collaborate with referral sources and institutional personnel.

  • Create and manage business plans and target lists.

  • Address customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hospice sales experience.

  • Established network in Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, and Healthcare sectors.

  • Strong connections with Physicians, Home Health agencies, and Hospitals.

Compensation:

  • Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) (salary + commissions).
