Job Type Full-timeDescriptionMedix Infusion is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, healthcare facilities, and case managers to foster new referral opportunities and maintain existing accounts. Candidates should have both clinical and sales experience, ideally in Hospice or Home Health, to best support our patient-first approach to care. Medix Infusion is a technology-driven healthcare platform dedicated to enhancing patient care and access to infusion therapies. We specialize in disease management and infusion pharmacy services for chronic and acutely ill patients, especially those in underserved communities. We offer personalized home and in-suite infusion therapies, ensuring convenience and comfort. Our expert team provides a comprehensive range of treatments, including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other injectables, making each patient's journey as smooth as possible.Key Responsibilities:Educate patients through teaching sessions and coordinate discharge planning with case management.Actively maintain communication with referring facilities and identify new referral sources.Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to drive account growth and achieve monthly targets.Conduct patient assessments for home infusion care and manage your territory and accounts effectively.Prepare and maintain necessary reports and documentation.Required Qualifications:Current RN license with 2+ years of clinical experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field.Clinical and sales experience required; Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with email and payroll software is a plus.Knowledge of regulatory standards in patient care.Performance Characteristics:In performance of their respective tasks and duties, all employees and contract employees of Medix Infusion are expected to conform to the following:Adhere to all professional and ethical behavior standards of the healthcare industry.Display a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.Interact in an honest, trustworthy, and dependable manner with patients, employees, and vendors.Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the primary functions of this job. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include reading, distance, computer, and color vision.
