• Demonstrate reliability and confidence in asking questions and seeking clarification.• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
