Receptionist/Legal Administrative Assistant

LHH is recruiting a Receptionist/Legal Administrative Assistant for a law firm in Beachwood. Benefits: PTO and paid holidays, medical, dental and vision coverage. Free parking.
Responsibilities:
Meet with attorneys and support staff to discuss assigned cases or projects
Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary office supplies and material.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/faxes.
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
Enter attorney time into Timeslips.
Copy, prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, deposition transcripts, pleadings, and other items.
Open new files and update existing files.
Process weekly payables.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer service attitude.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
