Job Description:

Are you a seasoned BCBA seeking a completely remote, flexible position? To join our team and collaborate remotely with clients throughout Washington State, Vocovision is looking for a bright and committed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Making a significant difference in the lives of people with behavioral issues while having the flexibility to set your own hours is what 1099 contractors are all about.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior analysis services remotely to individuals in Washington State.
  • Conduct assessments, create behavior intervention plans, and implement evidence-based strategies.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other support staff.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification and licensed in the state of Washington.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
