Job Description:
Are you a seasoned BCBA seeking a completely remote, flexible position? To join our team and collaborate remotely with clients throughout Washington State, Vocovision is looking for a bright and committed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Making a significant difference in the lives of people with behavioral issues while having the flexibility to set your own hours is what 1099 contractors are all about.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior analysis services remotely to individuals in Washington State.
- Conduct assessments, create behavior intervention plans, and implement evidence-based strategies.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other support staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification and licensed in the state of Washington.
- At least 2 years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
