About Us:
Ledgent Finance & Accounting is a leading provider of financial and accounting staffing solutions. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Accountant to support our client's accounting team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Review and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum [Insert Years] years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $35 - $40 per hr.
