Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team, committed to helping children on the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) learn and grow Our approach focuses on early intervention, integrated autism care, and a play-based ABA methodology, in line with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Teaching (PRT).

Job Responsibilities:

• Write and implement personalized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 1-13 within a center-based, daycare, or home environment.

• Apply PRT/ ESDM based ABA therapy strategies (training on this model is provided, prior experience with PRT/ ESDM is not required).

• Perform standardized assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly- we can train you on standardized assessments

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians, offering training and support as needed.

• Maintain data for children on caseload

• Help train RBT's and provide support

Requirements:

• Minimum of a master's degree in Psychology or related field, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Special Education

• Current and active BCBA certification

• ABA early intervention experience

• Experience with a variety of ages

• Preferred candidates have a strong background in Child Development

• Clear professional communication (written and verbal)
