We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a key member of our interdisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for providing expert behavioral services to clients with cognitive, developmental or intellectual disabilities.

Job Summary:

  • Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group behavioral treatment, individual behavioral treatment, and/or skills coaching in all applicable settings.
  • Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results.
  • Participate in Behavior Intervention Committee, Human Rights Committee and other relevant committees, as assigned.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Evaluate client needs and develop effective treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
