We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team located in the South Metro. As part of our team, you will be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities within the HR department, all of which are crucial to the smooth running of our operations. You will be involved in various HR functions such as benefits administration, recruitment, and employee relations, amongst others.


Responsibilities:


• Administer benefits including enrollment, re-enrollment, education, and claims resolution.

• Participate in recruitment activities for all personnel levels, ensuring effective onboarding and orientations.

• Oversee assigned HR programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Maintain and update employee transactions and records in ADP Workforce Now.

• Facilitate effective communication channels between departmental supervisors, business associates, and employees.

• Manage and support employee relations issues including performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and counseling.

• Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely fashion.

• Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and disability programs.

• Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

• Assist with affirmative action program; maintain logs to conform to EEO regulations.


An ideal candidate will have their Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar in addition to 1+ years of HR experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist. This position requires training fully onsite (6 months minimum) and then allows for 2 days work from home.

• Proficiency in and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce

• Proven experience in Benefit Functions

• Strong Communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of Compliance and Employee Relations

• Experience in FMLA, Benefits Administration, Benefits Coordination

• Knowledge of various types of benefits including Insurance Benefits and Medical Benefits

• Experience in Onboarding, Recruiting Activities, Recruiting Efforts, and Recruiting Functions

• Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems, HRIS Conversion, and HRIS Analysis

• Ability to drive Employee Engagement and handle Employee feedback

• Knowledge of LOA and Leave of Absence procedures
