Compensation: $20-$23/hr, depending on experience, qualifications, and certifications
Position Summary & Primary Responsibilities:
The Customer Relationship Representative is responsible for effectively and professionally responding to inquiries from current, former, and future residents. This position works closely with other Resident Relations Department team members as well as other Operational Departments to maintain the highest level of customer service. In addition, this position is responsible for the following:
- Responds to phone calls, emails, and other communications from tenants
- Creates and arranges for the distribution of important letters and notices to tenants
- Receives, reports, and follows up on maintenance repairs reported by tenants
- Refers complicated tenant complaints to Resident Relations Generalists and Specialists
- Assists tenants in understanding and learning to use technologies provided to them
- Complies with all Federal, State, and local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances
- Acts as backup or additional support for other members of the Resident Relations
Department as needed. - Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or office administrative experience
- Ability to maintain a positive, customer focused attitude
- Enthusiastic team player
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Ability to effectively use, leverage, and learn technology platforms
