Residential Case Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Residential Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in the Santa Ana area. This position will be a 100% onsite, full-time schedule and a contract-to-hire opportunity - there are two different shifts available - a day shift and a swing shift. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working with the homeless demographic, as this position is assisting these individuals in the interim housing environment.
This role will be focused on a helping their caseload to intake into the interim housing setting, get them immediate service needs (healthcare, documentation, hygiene/clothing), create goals and individualized service plans, and help clients to eventually find and obtain a more stable housing environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years case management/social work/behavioral health or similar experience required
- Proficiency working within Microsoft Office and other software systems
- Empathetic and compassion towards others
- Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment and de-escalate situations as needed
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to make sound judgment calls and resolve problems independently
- Understands how to maintain boundaries with others and remain professional while providing empathy to others
Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
