Responsibilities:
• Manage the company's financial records and transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets
• Handle budgeting and forecasting activities
• Utilize accounting software such as Sage for bookkeeping tasks
• Conduct general ledger accounting and maintain financial records
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Handle administrative tasks related to office management, promoting an organized and efficient work environment
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing
• Familiarize with tax preparation and compliance and apply the knowledge when required.• Proficient in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
• Strong Bookkeeping skills
• Proficient in Data Entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Month End Close
• Experience with Payroll
• Proficient in QuickBooks
