Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Receptionist in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will be primarily focused on providing excellent customer service, managing phone coverage, and handling email correspondence.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Efficiently manage phone coverage, ensuring all calls are answered and directed appropriately
• Handle email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner
• Utilize organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records
• Apply time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Spanish and English is a must as the role requires regular interaction with diverse clientele.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information and create a welcoming environment for all visitors.

• Strong customer service skills to ensure all guests feel valued and their needs are promptly addressed.

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally, ensuring all messages are replied to in a timely and courteous manner.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage various administrative tasks, including managing schedules, filing documents, and maintaining a clean and orderly reception area.

• Experience with phone coverage is necessary as the role includes answering incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate staff, taking and delivering messages.

• Solid time management skills to efficiently balance multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines and demands.

Will also need to obtain a fingerprint clearance card - client will pay for this
