As a Medical Receptionist with OrthoArizona, you'll get to: Answers phone in prompt, courteous and helpful manner, screening, and routing calls as needed, creates phone note in the patient electronic medical record, and/or providing information to patients Assist in indexing patient documents to the correct patient chart Assist in routing electronic faxes to the correct location fax folder and or uploading to the correct patient chart Assist with other duties as needed during down time All other duties as assigned.
